With one injection point, the Polimold Hot Sprue fasten the injection process, eliminating the downsides of the Cold System.
The Polimold Hot Sprue is made with an injection nozzle and electric connector with the possibility of various types of tips.
Used on single-cavity molds and mainly on the elimination of the main runner (primary).
Main advantages:
- Better finishing of the injected part
- lower injection cycle and less raw material
- Available for many kinds of applications.
